Welcome to "La Radicata" a stunning villa surrounded by nature that offers the quiet of a magical place combined with the charatheristic Tuscan landscapes. But the particular thing that outstands above the olive trees and hills is the panorama of the Montedoglio lake that immediately captures the view. HOUSE TOUR

The main entrance sits in front of the pool area and welcomes the guests in the Galleria, the living room that expands in a double volume on which overlooks a mezzanine that leads to the studio. Here you can find a piano that is ready to be used when the inspiration kicks in. From the living room to the kitchen with island ready to be used by you or a private chef. Access to outside from the kitchen and access to the first floor though the stairs that lead to the corridor from where you can access the bathroom. From the hallway you can walk through the first bedroom and the mezzanine floor which leads to the studio, then use the stairs to reach the other bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and the other is the master bedroom with queen size bed) and the other bathroom. From the kitchen door you reach the porch area where you will sure enjoy relaxing evenings and sunsets. Then from the porch (or the main entrance) straight to the pool area with the stunning lake view. Completes the area a nice pool house. If you want to enjoy the most enchanted place, reach the top of the small hill behind the house, you'll find a little bench where you can truly see why I used the word "enchanted".

ACCESSIBILITY

The property is at your full disposal. The annex is yet to be restored so it is not accessible. The pool is private and exclusive for the guests.
